1. ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible during normal business days.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or during high-volume periods.
Orders are not usually processed or dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
If we experience a delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided at checkout.
2. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We ship orders within Australia using available courier or postal services.
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are guides only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier network delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. STANDARD AND EXPRESS SHIPPING
Where available, customers may be able to select standard or express shipping at checkout.
Express shipping generally refers to the carrier delivery service after dispatch. It does not always shorten our order processing time.
4. FREE SHIPPING
We may offer free shipping on eligible orders, products, promotions or minimum spend thresholds.
Free shipping offers may be changed, paused or removed at any time, unless already confirmed on an accepted order.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country. Supplement, food, ingredient, labelling and customs rules vary between countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated at checkout.
Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refused entry, customs holds, additional charges or non-delivery caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, local laws, or the customer’s failure to pay applicable duties or taxes.
If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, handling or restocking costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost parcels or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@nanotechsupps.com. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
7. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email or through the order status page after dispatch.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the parcel is scanned.
8. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order appears delayed, missing or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at info@nanotechsupps.com with your order number and delivery details.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with the carrier, local post office, parcel locker, building reception, household members or neighbours.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues, but final delivery outcomes may depend on the carrier’s investigation.
9. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Some carriers may offer authority to leave or safe-drop options.
If you choose authority to leave or provide delivery instructions allowing a parcel to be left unattended, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after the carrier records the parcel as delivered, to the extent permitted by law.
10. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nanotechsupps.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged parcel, photos of the product packaging, and a description of the issue.
Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as the carrier may require evidence.
11. LOST PARCELS
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law and carrier processes.
Depending on the circumstances, this may involve a replacement, refund or carrier investigation.
12. PRE-ORDERS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If an order contains pre-order, backorder or delayed items, we may hold the order until all items are available or contact you about available options.
In some cases, we may split an order into multiple shipments at our discretion.
